• 5:30 AM: Bus 2 – Pickup Hikers from Punggol
• 5:50 AM: Pickup Hikers from Marsiling MRT
• 6:30 AM: Clear Immigration at JB
• 7:00 AM: Restroom and Breakfast break at R&R
• 8:15 AM: Arrive at the base of Trans Pulai, briefing and start the trek
• 9:00 AM: Arrive at the base of Mt. Pulai for forest trial.
• 9:30 AM: Briefing, warmup and start the trek for Forest Trial.
• 12:30 PM: Reach the summit, have lunch and rest.
• 1:00 PM: Start descending
• 2:30 PM: Break at Pulai Waterfall.
• 5:00 PM Wash up & leave for Johor Bahru
• 6:30 PM: Dinner at Chakra
• 8:30 PM: Return to Singapore.
• 9:30 PM: Arrive back in Singapore.
While we strive to adhere to the itinerary timings, they may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Pre-requisites:
• All trekkers must have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Malaysia.
• Please ensure you are aware of your visa requirements. Make sure everyone has the appropriate visa or is
eligible for visa-free entry into Malaysia.
• Trekkers should have a reasonable level of physical fitness and stamina to participate in the hike safely and
comfortably.
Trail options:
Forest Trail Hike
A more immersive 9.3km jungle trail through dense greenery. It intersects with the tarmac road and offers a secluded hiking experience.
Trans Pulai Hike
Designed for experienced hikers, this ~13km trek includes breath-taking landmarks like Blue Lake, Water Reservoir, Hunter Valley, and a Hidden Waterfall. A full-day adventure!

What to Bring
Lightweight, breathable top and bottom layers (preferably full length)
Hiking boots or sturdy footwear
Lightweight backpack
Water bottles or hydration pack
Rain gear (raincoat or poncho)

Towel and change of clothes for post-trek
Light hand gloves (optional)
Trekking poles (optional)
Any medicines you might need
Headlamp or flashlight
Reusable water bottles or a hydration bladder (1.5–3L capacity)
Waterfall Area:
After the trek, there will be an opportunity to relax and enjoy the Pulai Waterfall area. If you’d like to play in the water, please bring swimwear and water slippers for safety and comfort.
You are welcome to bring two bags — one can be left on the bus for safekeeping, while the other should contain all the necessary items for the trek, including a towel and a change of clothes for post-hike play at the waterfall.
