1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed with full or partial payment as specified.

• Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed.

• Payment details will be securely processed through trusted gateways.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days before departure: Full refund (minus admin charges).

• Cancellations 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.

• Cancellations within 14 days of departure: No refund.

• Refunds may take up to 14 working days to process.

3. Participant Responsibility

• You must ensure you are physically fit for the selected trek/activity.

• You agree to follow the instructions of guides for safety.

• Tehseekers is not liable for injuries, loss, or damages caused by participant negligence.

4. Travel Insurance

• Participants are strongly advised to obtain travel and medical insurance before joining.

• Tehseekers may require proof of insurance for certain trips.

5. Liability

• While we take all reasonable precautions, adventure activities carry inherent risks.

• Tehseekers is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses due to natural disasters, weather, political conditions, or third-party service providers.

6. Intellectual Property

• All website content, images, and materials are owned by Tehseekers and may not be used without permission.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved under Singapore jurisdiction.
